- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, visiting, booking, reserving, purchasing, or using any services, facilities, equipment, memberships, website, or simulator bays operated by Back Tee Indoors (“Back Tee,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any related policies, rules, or guidelines posted by Back Tee Indoors.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services or facilities.
- CHANGES TO TERMS
Back Tee Indoors reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any updates become effective immediately upon posting to our website or within our facility. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- ELIGIBILITY & ACCESS
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase a membership, reserve simulator time, or access the facility without supervision.
Guests under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian.
Back Tee Indoors reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest from the premises for violation of these Terms, unsafe conduct, disruptive behavior, or misuse of equipment.
- RESERVATIONS & FACILITY USE
Reservations are strongly recommended but are subject to availability.
Back Tee Indoors reserves the right to:
• Modify operating hours
• Limit reservations
• Cancel bookings due to maintenance, technical issues, weather, private events, or safety concerns
Guests are expected to:
• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
• Use simulator bays and equipment safely
• Maintain awareness of their surroundings at all times
• Treat staff, guests, and property respectfully
Unsafe behavior, including reckless swinging, horseplay, intoxication, harassment, or intentional misuse of equipment, may result in immediate removal without refund.
- EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Guests are responsible for the proper use of all golf simulators, launch monitors, cameras, computers, clubs, furnishings, and related equipment.
Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, intentional conduct, or failure to follow instructions may result in repair or replacement charges billed to the responsible guest.
Back Tee Indoors is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises.
- FOOD & ALCOHOL POLICY
Back Tee Indoors does not prepare or serve food unless otherwise stated for special events or promotions.
Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Back Tee Indoors reserves the right to refuse entry, service, or continued use of the facility to any individual who appears intoxicated, impaired, disruptive, or in violation of this policy.
- PAYMENT TERMS
Pricing for memberships, simulator reservations, lessons, leagues, events, and services is subject to change without notice.
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or prior to use of services unless otherwise approved by Back Tee Indoors.
Accepted forms of payment may include:
• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Cash
• Other approved payment methods
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of reservations or suspension of services.
- CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled reservation time may receive a full refund or account credit.
Cancellations made less than twelve (12) hours before the reservation time, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable.
Back Tee Indoors reserves the right to determine refund eligibility for memberships, promotional packages, leagues, lessons, or special events on a case-by-case basis.
- PRIVACY
Back Tee Indoors collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

- SMS COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications from Back Tee Indoors, including:
• Reservation confirmations
• Account notifications
• Promotions and special offers
• Event updates
• Customer service communications
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Back Tee Indoors and its owners, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
• Use of the facility or equipment
• Inability to access services
• Technical failures or interruptions
• Personal injury or property damage
• Acts of other guests or third parties
Guests use the facilities and services at their own risk.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or use of Back Tee Indoors services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas.
Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
- SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Back Tee Indoors regarding use of the services and facilities and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
